All our products can be used by males or females but everyone’s skin is different. We would advise for partners to come in and have a skin consult with one of our specialists to see what products would be best suited for them. -
Can vitamin A be used if pregnant or breast feeding?
No, it is recommended to not use vitamin whilst pregnant, but we do have alternatives. Please speak to your skin specialist. -

Yes, vitamin C can be used on acne skins, but it will depend on which type of C. Check with your skin specialist to find out which would be best for your skin. -
Does vitamin A irritate the skin?
Vitamin A can irritate the skin if it is the incorrect strength, introduced too quickly or if used incorrectly with other products. -
Does vitamin A make you sun sensitive?
Yes, some forms of vitamin A can make you sensitive to sun light. It is important to wear sunscreen when using vitamin A. -
Does vitamin A need to be introduced slowly?
Yes, we recommend if you have never used vitamin A before to slowly introduce it into your homecare. We also recommend this when you are starting a new strength of vitamin A. -
Does vitamin C come in different strengths?
Yes, vitamin C does come in different strengths, we recommend you start on the lowest strength and work your way up the ladder. -
Does vitamin C make you break out?
Yes, sometimes vitamin C can make you break out, its best to talk to a specialist to find out what vitamin C works for you. -
How can homecare products be maximised?
Homecare products can be maximised by making sure you exfoliate 2-3 times a week, this is so dead skin cells don’t slow down the penetration of our products. How often are exfoliators recommended?
We generally recommend exfoliating your skin no more than once 2-3 times a week, but this will really depend on your skin type. Check with your skin specialist to find out what’s best for your skin. -
How often is it recommended to change up my skin care?
There is no right or wrong answer – you can stay on the same products ongoing or change them to stronger strengths or as your skin needs change. -
How often should face masks be applied?
We have a big variety of homecare face masks available, however we would normally recommend using a mask 1-2 a week. -
Is cleansing twice a day recommended?
Yes, In the morning, it's a good way to remove dead skin cells that have turned over on your face after sleeping. In the evening it removes impurities built up from the day, deep cleanses pores and will remove makeup, this leaves the skin feeling refreshed, clean, and hydrated. -
Is sunscreen needed if I’m using vitamin C?
Yes, although vitamin C protects you against free radicals it doesn’t protect you against UVA and UVB. For the best protection we advise you use both. -
Should SPF be applied daily even in winter?
Yes, SPF should be worn every day as a part of your morning homecare routine as UVA rays are still present in the cooler months of the year and are primarily responsible for causing accelerated skin aging (wrinkle, lines and pigmentation). -

A product with a Tyrosinase inhibitor in it combined with vitamin A would be the best combination for pigmentation. A Tyrosinase Inhibitors works by blocking the production of melanin whilst the vitamin A would exfoliate the skin leading to a lighter, brighter complexion. -
